    1. PC (Polycarbonate)

    Light Transmittance: 88%-92%
    Impact Resistance: Excellent, highly durable, and shatter-resistant
    Heat Resistance: High, can withstand temperatures above 120°C
    Weather Resistance: Moderate, tends to yellow under UV exposure (requires UV coating or additives)
    Flexibility: Good, can bend without breaking, but prone to stress cracks
    Processing: Requires precise control during injection molding to avoid residual stress
    Cost: Higher than PMMA

    Common Applications of PC

    Automotive light guides (e.g., ambient lighting, dashboard indicators)
    Headlight lenses and exterior lighting components (due to heat resistance)
    Industrial lighting and optical display panels

    2. PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate / Acrylic)
