M0900-runner insert

The Runner Insert is a specialized component used in the injection molding process for producing angled adaptors in the medical industry. Made from P20 steel, this insert plays a key role in molds designed with a one plus one cavity configuration. In such molds, two distinct cavities allow for the simultaneous molding of two different parts.

The runner insert is placed between the two cavities and provides the flexibility to mold just one part at a time by blocking the flow to one of the cavities.
