Our tooling workshop, led by a 24-person team, is equipped with:
- High-speed CNC machines
- Mitsubishi Wire-EDM (Y-series) for detailed, high-tolerance electrode and insert shaping
- Surface grinding and fitting tools for critical alignment and finishing
This ensures that every core, cavity, and insert is machined with extreme accuracy.

A dedicated QA team inspects and verifies critical mold components at every stage using:
- CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
